Alpha Builder - MDU - Lincoln Apts

Ken Tobias’s family purchased Lincoln Apartments and began managing  them in  1965 while Ken was still a teenager.  Ken is currently managing them through Alpha Builder. Ken and the maintenance staff, with help from the professionals at alpha have remodeled most of the units, rebuilding the baths, painting, adding wireless internet and security cameras and installing new floor coverings.

Alpha has also completed the renovation of the Casa Grande apartments in Mt Vernon. Alpha worked with the seller’s Real Estate agent on an apartment by apartment assessment and remodel of the 35 unit building. The New Buyers were happy enough with the way the project went to hire Alpha’s field superintend to supervise additional improvements.
