Alpha Builder Small-House-#3

The Hill family was so happy with their new home that they decided to have Alpha design and build a small cottage for guests and an upstairs studio getaway for their own use. The 16ft by 16 ft cottage has a shallow but use full upstairs deck for tea & tree top bird watching.

Alpha completed the construction process through the framing stage, providing a shell that was completed to paint on the outside and framing on the inside. Mr. Hill took it from there, as he did in the original house.
