Full House Remodel

This Seattle (Capital Hill) whole house remodel was completed by Ken Tobias in 1990, Ken had been a contractor for more than 10 years. The second story of the original house was removed and replaced by the second story in the picture. The expansion provided increased space and functionality for an expanding professional family.
